Student's Basic Leadership Skill Training

Student's Basic Leadership Skill Training (LDKS) is one of the common things that are held annually in a lot of schools. In this training, students (usually the students from 10th grade) are trained to become a leader.

In my school, this training was held for 3 days. It took place in RINDAM III Siliwangi.

On the first day, we were given the allocation for our barrack to stay in. I got to stay in Mundinglaya 1. I was separated from my close friends, they got to stay in Mundinglaya 2. We were also divided into 2 companies which were company 1 and company 2. Each student from company one was given a piece of yellow ribbon to be pinned on their right shoulder, while each student from company two was given a piece of blue ribbon to be pinned on their right shoulder.

We were also given lessons about things, such as how to be a good teenager, how to be a good leader, etc. When it's time to eat, we went to the dining room together. In the dining room, there were a lot of tables placed vertically. [to be continued]
